In-House Repairs

We take pride in all our repairs on both electronic boards or mechanical parts such as valves. In addition to fast turn around times, we run our repairs through application engeering for testing and a performance plot is sent with the repaired item. 

Phone Assistance

The single most important item that sets us apart is phone service. We are available to answer any questions you might have concerning your analyzer system. Our goal is to help you get your system running correctly as soon as possible. We can troubleshoot your problrm over the phone to either fix or determine parts to order if required. This phone help is considered part of our sales approach.

TAC-SYS , INC. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Our PM program combined with over 40+ years of experience, allows TAC-SYS to offer a superb, dependable, and professional technical support whether over the phone, e-mail or on location. TAC is committed to the highest quality of service to our customers and the chromatographs that we are servicing.  The chromatographs that we service are known for their precision, dependability, and ruggedness. To keep this precision, this dependability and ruggedness we offer our PM program. With a commitment of at least four visits per year from our client we can assure you that your investment will be running at optimal performance. We also believe in the continuation of product support for as long as you own the chromatograph.   Our PM Agreement includes the following:

  • Discounted on Service & Travel Rates. 
  • Quarterly Preventative Maintenance by a qualified service technician.
  • 5 % discount on all spare parts (List of spare parts can be provided upon request).
  • 5% discount on parts required during a service call.
  • 5% discount on dual instructor on-site training course.
  • Free 24 hour technical assistances via phone, text,  or e-mail.
  • Priorty on-site response time. 
  • PM Log Book. Keeps records of service call, service comments & recommendations.
